What does the UK Visa Team service fee include?

You will have access to our Student Portal that will guide you through

  • Document submission and checking
  • Visa application form filling on GOV.UK
  • Making appointments with our expert team for additional guidance
  • Receive notifications on progress and updates
  • Shareable links on application updates with parents and sponsor institutions

Please note that our service fee does not include your visa application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge and any biometric appointment fees.

A full refund will be issued if your Student visa has been rejected due to errors made by the UK Visa Team in the application form.

Who can apply for a student visa?

You can apply if:

  • You are aged 16 or over OR if you are under 18, you have parental consent
  • You’ve been offered a place on a course by a licensed UK sponsor
  • You can prove you have enough money to support yourself and pay for your course
  • You can speak, read, write and understand English
What type of courses qualify for a Student visa?

Eligible courses include:

  • Full-time courses leading to a qualification below degree level (e.g. foundation)
  • Full-time courses at degree level or above (e.g. bachelor’s, master’s, PhD)
  • English language courses lasting longer than 11 months.
  • Part-time postgraduate courses (conditions apply)
How long can I stay in the UK?

Your visa duration depends on your course length and any time already spent studying in the UK.

  • For degree level or above courses it is usually up to 5 years
  • For below degree level courses it is usually up to 2 years
Can I bring dependants with me?

As of January 2024, only these students can bring dependants (spouse/partner and children):

  • Postgraduate research degrees (e.g. PhD)
  • Government-funded scholarships
Can I work while studying

Yes, if your visa and sponsoring institution allow it:

  • Most full-time degree students can work up to 20 hours per week during term and full-time during vacations
  • Students on short-term or below-degree level courses may have stricter limitations
What documents do I need to provide?

Common documents include:

  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
  • Proof of funds
  • Valid passport
  • Proof of English proficiency (e.g. IELTS)
  • Parental consent (if under 18)
How much is the UKVI application fee, and what is the Immigration Health Surcharge?

GOV.UK Visa application fee is £490 (if applying from outside the UK)

Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) is £776 per year of your stay in the UK
