Lucy holds a First Class BA in Philosophy and Theology from the University of Nottingham, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies (Distinction) from the University of East Anglia, and is Level 1 certified in immigration advice by the Immigration Advice Authority.

Drawing on a distinguished career leading large-scale technical operations in the healthcare sector, he brings real-world expertise in building services that work under pressure and at scale.

Nigel holds a BSc in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, an MSc in Computing Science from the University of East Anglia, and is a trained and active Executive Coach.
Joe is the person who makes UKVisaTeam's technology tick. He leads the development and day-to-day availability of the team's bespoke digital tools — ensuring clients and colleagues alike have 24/7 access to everything they need.
With a deep understanding of the UKVI application process, Joe has worked hard to cut through complexity, making sure every form, every question, and every stage is as clear and straightforward as possible. His work quietly but significantly improves the chances of a successful application for every client the team supports.
